When can I use it?
We are finishing the first version. Whoever is on the waitlist gets in earlier, and free during the trial — we will write to you the moment we open.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. Rachi runs on the phone you already carry, and on the computer at the counter. If you want to take cards you can connect a Mercado Pago terminal, but it is not required.
I keep everything in a notebook. Do I have to type it all in again?
Customers take a name and a phone, nothing more. If your product catalogue is in a spreadsheet, it imports in one go instead of being typed.
What if my internet goes down?
You need a connection to save an entry. That is the honest trade-off of your data living in the cloud: it backs itself up and you open it from any device, instead of depending on one computer that can break.
Do my customers have to install anything?
No. Their statement arrives as a WhatsApp link they open in a browser. They see their balance and their history, and nothing else.
Who can see my information?
Only you and the people you add, with the permissions you give them. We do not sell or share your data, and you can ask for it to be deleted whenever you want.
What will it cost?
There will be a free plan to start, and paid plans priced per till — not per person, so you can bring your whole team without paying more. Every module has a 14-day free trial.
